Day 1 – Ha Noi (Approx. 0km)

  • Meeting at 9am for full tour briefing – Complete paperwork & licence requirements – Meet your Royal Enfield Himalayan – Enjoy a Vietnamese coffee – free day to explore Ha Noi – 6pm meeting for dinner & drinks

Day 2 – Ha Noi to Ba Be Lake (Approx. 200km)

  • Start riding outside of the city centre – The Royal Enfield showroom – Into countryside farming areas – Limestone cliffs – Forest covered hills – Ba Be national park – Ba Be Lake – Stay in a small hill tribe village – Wooden stilt houses on the lakeside

Day 3 – Ba Be Lake to Dong Van (Approx. 250km)

  • Awesome roads – Incredible views – Meo Vac – Giant karst mountains – Dong Van karst plateau geopark – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Don Cao hill-top fort

Day 4 – Dong Van to Ha Giang (Approx. 210km)

  • Lung Cu flag tower – The most northern point in Vietnam – Dong Van karst plateau geopark – The most stunning scenery in Vietnam – Crazy roads over huge karst mountains – Heaven’s Gate – Fairy Mountain – Ha Giang Town

Day 5 -Ha Giang to Bac Ha (Approx. 180km)

Day 6 – Bac Ha to Sa Pa (Approx. 170km)

Day 8 – Sa Pa to Nghia Lo (Approx. 230km)

Day 9 – Nghia Lo to Mai Chau (Approx. 220km)

  • Tea plantations – The Da River ferry crossing – Moc Chau plateau – Tat Nang Waterfall – Hoa Binh Lake – Wooden stilt house villages – Stepped rice terraces – Mai Chau Valley – Tribal markets

Day 10 – Mai Chau to Vinh (Approx. 300km)

  • Ethnic minority villages – Countryside areas – Pu Luong national park – Stepped rice terraces – Bamboo forests – Small fishing villages – Coastal fish farms and shrimp ponds – Vinh city – Ho Chi Minh Square, and giant statue

Day 11 – Vinh to Phong Nha (Approx. 220km)

  • Area 4 military museum – Dong Loc junction, start of the Ho Chi Minh Trail – Da Deo pass – Awesome scenery – Remote villages – Epic mountain roads – The Ho Chi Minh Road – Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park

Day 12 – Phong Nha (Approx. 100km)

  • Optional rest day – Non-riding activities available – Ride the National Park loop – UNESCO Heritage listed area – Amazing limestone Karst mountains – Walk 1km through the Paradise Cave – Amazing scenery – Take a boat trip through the Phong Nha Cave – One of asia’s most beautiful areas – Relax by the pool overlooking the rice paddies & mountains

Day 13 – Phong Nha to Lao Bao (Approx. 240km)

  • Victory Road 20 – Phong Nha Khe Bang national park – Ubo mountain – Sa Mu pass – Follow the border with Laos – Hill tribe villages – Remote jungle – The Ho Chi Minh Road West – One of the world’s best roads for bikers

Day 14 – Lao Bao to Hue (Approx. 220km)

  • Khe Sanh combat base – Dak Rong Bridge – The DMZ and Route 9 – Hien Luong Bridge – the 17th parallel – Ben Hai river – Vinh Moc tunnels – Tam Giang Lagoon – Small fishing villages
    Day 15 – Hue to Da Nang Approx. 120km

Day 20 – Nha Trang to Da Lat (Approx. 140km)
