Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?
Nope, we don’t do cards or PayPal. We’re a small boutique operation keeping things simple to save you money. We accept payments via Australian EFT (yep, the good old bank transfer) or cash in Australian dollars. Overseas guest? No problem, just bring cash on the day!
When I am on a Pillion I ride the bike myself?
For pillion rides passengers, no but we’ve got you covered! All our tours are chauffeured – you get to relax and enjoy the ride without worrying about road rules, traffic, or getting lost.
What language do your riders speak?
English, with a good ol’ Aussie accent – mate, you’ll understand everything!
You have a great selection of tours, but can I create my own custom tour?
Of course! If you’re feeling creative, you can design your own tour. Need help? We’re happy to assist with planning and give you a quote based on your custom adventure.
Do I have to wear a helmet on the bike?
Yep, helmets are a must! It’s the law in Australia, so no helmet = no ride. Safety first!
It’s so hot in the summer, so why can’t I wear shorts and open footwear on the bike?
For your safety and comfort, we ask that you wear long pants and enclosed shoes. Road debris and exhaust burns are no fun, trust us!
Why do I have to let you know my weight and height?
We’re all about safety and comfort! Our bikes have weight limits, and knowing your size helps us make sure we’ve got the right ride and helmet for you.
Can I take my own camera and take photos?
Of course! Just hold onto your camera tight while we’re cruising. Our riders also snap a few pics to share on our Facebook page – with your permission, of course! You can grab the photos for free, just email us your details.
What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?
We don’t want to send you out in the rain, so if the forecast is iffy, we’ll call you at least 2 hours before the tour. You can choose to cancel, reschedule, or brave the rain if you’re feeling adventurous.
Do I have to pay for tolls when I am on a Pillion Ride?
Nope! Tolls are all included in the price of the tour, so you can sit back and relax without any surprises.
If I order a Gift Voucher, how soon can I get it?
Once we’ve designed your voucher, we’ll email it out within 24 hours as a PDF for you to print.
I received a Gift Voucher for myself and want to bring friends along. Can I pay for additional trikes or bikes?
Yes! Many guests upgrade to bring friends along, or even change their ride from a motorcycle to a trike. Just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll quote you the additional costs.
I have a Gift Voucher expiring soon but can’t take the ride in time. What can I do?
No worries! As long as you book the tour before the voucher expires, we’ll honour it. Need a little more time? You can extend it for an additional 3 months for a $30 admin fee.
I have a Gift Voucher that’s already expired. What now?
Sorry, once a voucher expires, it’s no longer valid. If you’re still keen, we can offer a 50% surcharge of the voucher’s value to give you another chance.
I received a Gift Voucher but don’t want to take the tour. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no refunds on gift vouchers. But don’t worry – they’re transferable! If you want to pass it on to someone else, just let us know. If you want to redesign it with their details, there’s a $30 fee. The expiry date stays the same though!
