When travelling on these rides you will be riding your motorcycle or scooter. We can assist with rental motorcycles.
At the time of booking, please advise us what make and model of motorcycle or scooter you we be riding. This will enable us to have the most suitable lead motorcycle.
You will be required to wear riding apparel which protects you in case of an accident. This is for your safety with minimal requirements of at least ankle-high boots (to protect your ankles), a motorcycle riding jacket, motorcycle riding gloves and an approved helmet. If the ride leader believes you are inappropriately dressed, you will not be able to participate in the ride and will receive a 50% refund which is to cover the costs incurred by Ride The World Australia.
You are required to have a permit or licence to ride on New South Wales roads, this will be checked by the ride leader before the ride commences.
Your motorcycle or motor scooter must be fully registered. This is your responsibility.
In the event of bad weather or unsuitable road conditions, you will be informed that the ride should be rescheduled. You will receive a full refund if the ride cannot be rescheduled.
It is at the discretion of the ride leader to refuse a rider to join the ride if they are under the influence of alcohol, abusive or rude.
Before the start of the ride, there will be a group meeting with the ride leader to explain the ride, hand signals and any other details about the ride.
